A pencil shop in the old downtown area! This stationery manufacturer has been making pencils in Arakawa Ward, Tokyo for over 80 years. They handle everything from wood processing to lead shaping, painting, printing, and finishing in their own factory.
In addition to continuing to produce traditional pencils, they are creating a wide variety of pencils with innovative barrel shapes, colors, leads, and designs.
In addition to the standard hexagonal barrel, they also offer special shapes such as triangles, squares, and pentagons. They say that there are few factories in Japan capable of manufacturing pentagonal barrels, and they meticulously craft the shape of the pencil itself to suit the intended use and design.
In addition, we offer products that combine various technologies and ideas with the familiar tool known as a "pencil," such as a rainbow pencil with seven different colored leads in one pencil, a blackboard pencil made from wood dyed black, and a pencil wrapped in metallic foil.
Furthermore, leveraging our integrated production system at our own factory, we also offer OEM services including name engraving and original designs. We are a Tokyo-based pencil specialist manufacturer that can flexibly handle everything from small lots to unique shapes. The variety of pencils we offer is truly amazing!
